Opening for the Town of Burlington Municipal Judge Position Due to Permanent Vacancy: The Town of Burlington is seeking qualified candidates to serve as Municipal Judge following a permanent vacancy in the office. The position will be temporarily filled by appointment by the town board until it is permanently filled through a special election. Roles and Responsibilities of the Municipal Judge The Municipal Judge is responsible for adjudicating cases involving criminal, traffic, and non-traffic ordinance violations within the Town of Burlington.
