Position: Municipal Court ClerkLocation: Town of Burlington, Racine County, WIReports To: Municipal Judge, Town of Burlington Position Summary: The Municipal Court Clerk is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Town of Burlington Municipal Court. This position requires independent judgment, discretion, and a strong understanding of administrative procedures to ensure accurate and efficient court proceedings and documentation. Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): Oversee the overall operation of the Municipal Court’s processes and proceedings. Develop and implement administrative procedures to ensure court efficiency.
