Ketterhagen Road Update: May 28, 2025 To the Residents of Ketterhagen Road, We are writing to inform you that paving work on Ketterhagen Road is scheduled to begin on Monday, June 2nd at 6:30 AM. The paving project is an important step in improving the safety and quality of your roadway, and we appreciate your cooperation during this time. In preparation for this work, ASDA will begin garbage collection early, starting at 6:00 AM on Monday, June 2nd. Please ensure that all garbage is placed at the curb the night before to avoid any missed pickups. We kindly request that residents limit traffic on Ketterhagen Road while paving is in progress. Reducing road use during construction will help crews complete the work safely and efficiently, and will minimize delays. Town of Burlington Fire Dept. – Pancake Breakfast Cancelled

For Immediate Release,

It is with much consideration for the safety of our community and the members of the Town of Burlington Fire Department that the decision has been made to cancel our Annual Pancake Breakfast and Raffle for 2020.

Safety is what Emergency Services is all about. It is our belief we could not provide the safety of social distancing in this time of unknowns. Please understand that this issue was not taken lightly, and the pros and cons heavily weighed.

We thank you all for your past participation and generous support throughout the years. But again, due to the current unknown’s and the economic imbalance we could not conscientiously ask our wonderful community to donate to our department.

We will continue to proudly serve our community and others as we have always done. Please stay safe and strong. We will get through this together!
